Stamford Bridge win at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2015

Iconic London sporting venue Stamford Bridge has scooped the award for Chef Team of the Year at the 2015 Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards in recognition of the venue’s commitment to delivering culinary excellence across its 80+ event spaces within the 11.5 acre Fulham Road site.

David Timms, Senior Business Development Manager at Stamford Bridge and Vice Chairman at Stadium Experience was presented with the award following a competitive live kitchen event with the Stamford Bridge chef team, led by Executive Chef Chris Garrett, were judged by a group of professional chefs for their skill in producing a VIP three-course meal.

Catering at Stamford Bridge is provided by official catering partner, Levy Restaurants UK, which deliver hospitality and venue catering on match days and non-match days across Stamford Bridge’s collection of meetings, exhibitions, conferences and events spaces including the 1,400sqm Great Hall, pitch-view Millennium Suites, music venue Under The Bridge and onsite restaurants, bars and hotels.

The annual awards - now in its 11th year - is organised by Stadium Experience, recognising the efforts and dedication shown by the catering, conference and events teams at football and rugby stadiums across the UK.

The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2015 were held on 4th June at the King Power Stadium, Leicester.
