The team, led by head chef Tony Quinn, is celebrating the national win, following regional success in the South West category in 2016 and 2017.

The team was awarded the accolade at a glittering ceremony in The Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow on Monday 14 August, seeing off regional winners Kingsknowes Hotel, Manor House Oban and the Airds Hotel and Restaurant.
