QHotels scoops duo of prestigious awards

The Gold award, which only 31 hotels in the UK have received this year, is based on rigorous research conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK’s largest independent market research agency. The VenueVerdict awards and accreditations are based on customer satisfaction, as measured by a hotel’s Net Promoter Score, and only venues which consistently score 70 or above receive Gold Standard Accreditation.
Judges were impressed with the hotels and the services they offer, recognising the level of customer satisfaction that has been consistently delivered by providing the ultimate recommendation. The luxury hotels provider will now be working to ensure that all of its locations throughout the UK offer the same standard.
