Event delegate feedback is worth VenueVerdict Gold to Woodland Grange & Engineers’ House

EEF Venues has received independent verification from BDRC Continental that its teams at residential conference venue Woodland Grange, in Leamington Spa, and at Engineers’ House in Bristol, have achieved excellence in their management of key touch points in the customer journey in quarter two of 2012, with the award of VenueVerdict Gold Standard at both sites.

Speaking of the awards, James Bland, BDRC Continental’s Client Services Director said: “Following the assessment at the end of Q2, I am delighted to confirm that Woodland Grange and Engineers’ House were among the nationwide total of 31 venues to have achieved ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard’ for the period July 2011 – June 2012. This is as a result of recording a 12-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or above from at least 10 responses in each of the four calendar quarters.”

David Vaughton, Venues Director for EEF Venues said: “So far in 2012, Woodland Grange has excelled with all of the areas surveyed – including friendliness of staff, quality of food, upkeep of facilities and technical support – being either in line with, or above, the national and regional average scores. 94% of customers so far this year, when asked how likely they would be to return to Woodland Grange, gave a mark of 8 or above out of 10 as a result of their top quality experiences with us.

“Active key performance indicator measurement and well communicated objectives mean that staff at all EEF Venues are fine-tuned to be really focused on customer needs and all-round venue experience. They are motivated by customer feedback.”

A consistent high achiever, Woodland Grange has been AIM Gold accredited since 2002. It has twice won ‘Best Conference Venue’ in the Godiva Awards and it was the first conference venue to gain ISO14001 certification. Its high quality hotel offering has also recently been reaccredited as four-star by VisitEngland, with a well-equipped fitness room, sauna and Jacuzzi available for use by any customer.
