Sundial strikes Gold for customer service again

Sundial Group has come up trumps once again as it achieves a top customer service accreditation for two of its meeting venues, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire.
The venues have both received ‘VenueVerdict's Gold Standard Accreditation' for Q2 by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest independent research consultancy.

The accreditation, which is based on customer feedback results from July 2015 to June 2016, reflects Sundial’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service at its meeting venues.

Some comments that contributed to the accreditations include:
“The staff are always so lovely to me and so helpful. It’s like walking into my friend’s home."

“Everything was fab. Several people in our group commented that this was the best team event they'd ever been on.”

“Overwhelmed by the friendliness of staff, it made a massive difference.”

BDRC Continental obtained feedback from around 350 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland. Highgate House and Woodside are amongst 46 venues that achieved the Gold Standard accreditation.
