The accreditation, which is based on customer feedback results from April 2015 to March 2016, is testament to the group’s ongoing dedication to providing exceptional customer service at its meeting venues.

BDRC Continental obtained feedback from around 375 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland. Highgate House and Woodside are amongst 45 venues that have achieved the Gold Standard accreditation.
