Pride by David Bird, winner of Cultural Event Photography of the Year
The Event Photography Awards, the Awards dedicated to finding the event industry’s best images from both amateur and professional photographers, is now open for entries.
Now in its third year, The Event Photography Awards has celebrated the best event ‘moments’ captured over the last few years. The winning photography has come from a range of different events, including Pride, WORK Technology Summit, Pioneers Festival, Formula 1 Grand Prix and SKODA Yeti experiential campaign, with each category having the top three photographers recognised for their work.

Photographers, event professionals, venues, agencies and suppliers alike are all being called upon to submit their imagery into the variety of categories including:
• Music Events
• Cultural Events
• Sporting Events
• Corporate Events
• Trade Shows
• Private Events
• Weddings
• Experiential
• Behind The Scenes

Philip Atkins, Managing Director of Off to Work and Founder of the Event Photography Awards, said; “Photography and events are two of the most powerful forms of communication. The Event Photography Awards look to celebrate the best photography, from both amateur and professional photographers, from 2015. The past year has certainly been ‘event-filled’ and we look forward to seeing the work entered.”

The deadline for entries is 31 January 2016 for the awards, which are open to anyone working in or involved in the events and hospitality industry. Pictures by both amateur and professional photographers from any event which took place between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2015 can be entered. These can be entered by the photographer directly or by the event organiser with the photographer being credited and permission having been gained.

Entrants can submit up to three photographs into any chosen category, and enter as many categories as they wish. To enter, visit www.eventphotographyawards.com
