“It is an incredible achievement which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all of our staff who strive to deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
“We have enjoyed a record-breaking year with guests visiting from all over the UK as well as abroad. “We continue to enhance our offering in the region by expanding our programme of events to ensure we appeal to a wide audience and the introduction of our Afternoon Tea has proved particularly popular over the summer.
“Coventry and Warwickshire has an exceptional culture and tourism offer and it was fantastic to celebrate its diversity under one roof.
“We thoroughly enjoyed the event and can’t wait to come back next year.”
