All practical arrangements for the Nordic Bloggers' Experience (the NBE) were made by Innastus Oy that specialises in creating innovative and effective face to face encounters. The programme was carried out in close cooperation with Visit Helsinki and Visit Finland. The winners of the Evento Awards were announced 25 March at the Evento Awards gala.
The NBE gathered 50 international travel bloggers from 25 countries to the wintery Finland and to the MATKA Nordic Travel Fair in January. Now their experiences are shared by millions of readers and followers through different social media channels (blogs, Instagram, Twitter) and in 14 languages. Thus all companies and destinations hosting the bloggers gain valuable media coverage around the world.
The NBE was an immense success. This year it was organised for the second time and its visibility in the different social media channels multiplied from the first year. Over 5000 tweets with #nbeFinland reached nearly 25 million followers on Twitter. The bloggers have committed followers who have genuine interest in travelling and a passion for the blogs they read. Over 1600 pictures were shared on Instagram and they received 260,000 likes and over 10,000 comments. This year also video bloggers were invited to the NBE which resulted in numerous video postings transmitting the atmosphere of Finland, Helsinki and the MATKA Nordic Travel Fair to thousands of viewers.

The NBE brings added value to the exhibiting companies of the event and international awareness both to the event and the companies. The Evento Awards - Finland's most significant awards for the event industry
The Evento Awards was this year organised for the second time. All in all 70 motions were sent by different event organisers for four categories, and also the readers of the Evento magazine sent hundreds of nominations for six categories. The jury consisting of Finnish and international marketing professionals and event organisers chose three finalists for each category.
The NBE won the category of the Best Promotion/Launch Event. The jury paid special attention to the fact that the event has successfully increased product awareness and made the target audience aware of a brand new product.
The Nordic Bloggers' Experience is designed for international travel bloggers visiting the MATKA Nordic Travel Fair. In 2015 approximately 60 travel bloggers were selected for the programme, including 10 Finnish hosts. The NBE is organised in cooperation with Visit Helsinki and Visit Finland. In 2015 the partners were Radisson Blu (accommodation), Finnair (flights), CreateTrips and Momondo (content). In Finland the bloggers were entertained and hosted by the municipality of Enontekiö, Visit Espoo, Visit Hämeenlinna, the municipality of Inari together with ski resort Saariselkä, Visit Mikkeli, Visit Porvoo, the city of Rovaniemi, Turku Touring, Visit Åland, Visit Sweden and Viking Line.
