Bateaux London, the original Thames dining cruise experience, has been awarded the “Welcome” accolade by VisitEngland, in recognition of its outstanding customer service.
A venue in the Sodexo Prestige Venue & Events portfolio, Bateaux London is one of the most popular dining cruise experiences on the Thames, offering a range of fine dining options from its popular dinners, family Sunday lunch jazz cruise and indulgent afternoon teas.

Not only do the cruises offer delicious food, but a truly unique way to see London. The cruise travels past iconic landmarks including the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London.

VisitEngland, the country’s national tourist board, works in partnership with the industry to promote tourism and provide advocacy for visitors throughout England. VisitEngland’s Visitor Attractions Quality Scheme (VAQAS) awards English attractions with accolades through a scoring system based on annual assessment. They include the Welcome accolade, Hidden Gem, Best Told Story, Quality Café and the Gold accolade for top-scoring attractions.
