BEST WESTERN Cresta Court scoops North West business award

The BEST WESTERN Cresta Court Hotel in Altrincham, south Manchester, has scooped The Altrincham & Sale Chamber of Commerce business award for Leisure and Tourism 2014.
The awards, hosted annually by the Chamber, recognise the contribution local businesses have made to the local economy and how they perform on a national level.  The Leisure and Tourism category was a keenly fought contest as the area is home to some of the region’s best branded and independent hotels, however the BEST WESTERN Cresta Court demonstrated its superioty when it comes to its contribution to the local area, outstanding customer services, facilities and overall experience for guests at the Hotel.

The Hotel has just celebrated its 40th anniversary and employs over a hundred people from the local area.  It has recently undergone a £1.25m transformation with a refurbishment of bedrooms, public areas, bar and main conference suites, plus the addition of a business centre and beauty salon to its services.

Commenting on the win, Paul Hindley, general manager of the BEST WESTERN Cresta Court, said: “To be recognised by our business peers is a great honour, and the award win clearly demonstates the important contribution the Hotel has made to the local economy.’

‘During our 40th year we have continued to invest in the Hotel and our offering has become even stronger.  We are proud of the work we do every day and the level of service we give our customers.  It’s great that other members of the Chamber agree with us! ‘

Sue Aldridge, chamber president, added: “After the success of the awards last year, it was vital to continue to recognise the outstanding businesses and the people behind them within our community. We congratulate the Cresta Court team on its award and on its continuing success.”
