Steigenberger wins its third Service Champion Award

The Frankfurt-based hotel chain Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts has won a prestigious "Service Champion" Award for the third year in a row. As well as once again emerging victorious in the Premium Hotels Category, it has also beaten off the challenge of over 1,500 companies in 189 branches to secure first place in the overall rankings.

Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts is the undisputed number one amongst German Service Champions. Following first place awards in 2012 and 2013, the company has once more defended its title in 2014 and for the third time in succession has gone one better by emerging as the leading company in its branch and as the overall winner from amongst a total of more than 1,500 companies in 189 branches.

Service Champions is Germany's most extensive service ranking system. Every year, it evaluates companies across various branches from a customer point of view. Service Champions is an initiative launched by the Cologne-based analysis company Service­Value GmbH in conjunction with the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main and the newspaper DIE WELT.
