The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor.
To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an average rating of at least four out of five, and volume and recency of reviews is also taken into account. This is the 4th consecutive year all Sundial venues have received the award.
