The award highlights Holiday Inn Edinburgh’s commitment to the environment and its focus on ensuring the venue has sustainable operations.

Green Tourism, the largest and most established sustainable grading program in the world, assesses its member’s standards against a strict criteria including environmental management and marketing, social involvement, waste and travel. The judging panel personally visit each of its members to ensure they are meeting Green Tourism standards.
This achievement follows a series of exciting brand announcements from Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) of Company Managed Hotels, including several hotel refurbishments and the introduction of a new Food For Thought conference menu.
