The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort awarded for customer service excellence

The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort, one of QHotels’ 21 unique and luxury hotels, is continuing 2014 in celebratory fashion after winning the award for Customer Service Excellence at the Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards.
The Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards recognises success in the business community and the prestigious event attracts high profile industry support and involvement, offering businesses the chance to come together to celebrate achievements.

Over 400 people attended the lavish ceremony on Friday 7th March and saw The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort scoop their impressive accolade. The recent flurry of award wins and nominations highlights the hotel’s dedicated team effort to ensuring the guest’s experience is at the heart of their business.

Earlier in the year the hotel was named number one in conference and events at The VenueVerdict awards. In addition to this, the hotel’s Conference and Events Manager, Brian Potter, has been nominated for Events Manager of the Year at the Scottish Hotel Awards and the hotel itself has been shortlisted for Customer Service Excellence and Scottish Conference Hotel of the Year.
