The awards recognise individuals from retail businesses that have shown exceptional customer service skills working in hospitality. Peeradej Swetnant, Sous Chef at the hotel’s Sampans Restaurant was crowned winner of the ‘Individual Customer Service Award for Hospitality’ award, and the hotel’s Academy Host, Lynn Cadwallander came runner-up.
Peeradej, was praised for putting guests experience at the heart of everything he does. From creating dishes based on customer feedback to ensuring all dishes are cooked and presented to the highest standard possible on a daily basis, Peeradej’s has played a huge part in seeing the guest satisfaction survey for food quality improve by 12.16% in the last 12 months since he took over the Sous Chef role at the hotel.

This award win particularly means a lot to the hotel, as it demonstrates our commitment to customer service by ensuring our guests receive a level of service they cannot find elsewhere in the area.”
