Each year, LateRooms.com go on the hunt for the UK hospitality industry’s finest properties searching through more than 70,000 hotels, B&Bs, cottages and apartments to recognise venues with the most consistent, outstanding reviews on the website.
Research has revealed the importance of these reviews when it comes to choosing a hotel with 40% of customers saying they would not make a booking without reading guest reviews first.
