The hotel scored 81% (compared to the national average of 78%) with particular commendation for the high quality of hospitality and service skills. The AA recognises around 4,000 hotels across Britain & Ireland and provides guests with a means of comparing hotels within the same star rating.
The Link Hotel is located just half a mile off the M1 at Junction 23 providing an excellent place for delegates to meet, network and rest. The hotel has 94 comfortable, air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, with lounge, bar and dining facilities.
In their report, The AA’s inspectors said that The Link’s hospitality and service skills proved to be the strength of the operation, with staff offering excellent levels of hospitality and were keen to assist guests. The report also commended The Link for its catering with dinner offering guests a good selection of options that suited market demand and breakfast also offering a good selection of items.
