Just one distinctive Las Vegas meetings and weddings venue, the Conference Center of Las Vegas (CCLV), offers planners and clients the hassle-free option of owning the entire facility. For $35,000 per 24-hour period, groups can own the 20,000 square feet of space. No other venue with overnight accommodations in Las Vegas can provide CCLV’s level of privacy and exclusivity.

An expansive 5,000-square foot reception foyer with dual staircases and soaring 29-foot ceilings can accommodate up to 300 to 500 guests for a standing reception, while its 10,000-square-foot ballroom can hold up to 720 attendees in theater-style seating, 600 for a standing reception or 500 for a seated dinner. CCLV’s six break-out rooms and 48 guest rooms available exclusively to groups who book CCLV.

Other amenities include 22-feet-high customizable LED screens, onsite parking for 200 vehicles and a 2,500-square-foot kitchen.

The price includes:
• 24 hours of access and 48 sleeping rooms.
• 24-hour security and 24-hour reception desk staff.
• Access to 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
• Continental breakfast for all overnight guests.
• Scheduled shuttle service to any convention center or Strip location.

The Conference Center of Las Vegas represents a welcome departure from typical Las Vegas venues housed in bustling hotel-casinos. Elegant yet understated white and gold décor, a stunning 5,000-square-foot entryway punctuated by dual curving staircases and a soaring, 29-foot-tall ceiling greet guests upon arrival. The venue’s 10,000-square-foot ballroom can comfortably accommodate festivities encompassing up to 720 guests for a reception or 500 for a seated dinner. Not a hotel, the Conference Center of Las Vegas offers 48 guests rooms exclusively to clients who book the facility. Of these, 46 guestrooms include two queen-sized beds, a bathroom, desk and sitting area. A one-bedroom accommodation has a master bath, living room and wet bar, while one four-bedroom accommodation offers three baths, a living room, dining room and kitchen. 

Onsite services available include 2 large, customizable LED screens, including one 22-foot-high screen in the foyer and one 22-foot-wide screen in the south lobby; state-of-the-art audio/visual, wireless and production services; an expansive registration area; business center services; 24/7 security; onsite parking for 200 vehicles and a 2,500-square-foot kitchen. Preferred caterers, including Superior Event Services and Masterpiece Cuisine, offer customized food and beverage services 24 hours a day.
