Staff from ACC Liverpool will be joined by 20 city partners including Liverpool Convention Bureau, Virgin Trains and a selection of Liverpool venues such as Hilton Liverpool, Liverpool Football Club and The Rum Warehouse.
Following the theme ‘the art of events’, the venue will present its three masterpieces – BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, which will open in September next year.
Around 100 key contacts in the association, corporate and exhibition sectors, along with agency representatives, will attend. Clients due to join the event include BBC Worldwide Showcase, the Federation of Petroleum Suppliers and Diabetes UK.
Guests will hear all the latest news from ACC Liverpool including updates about Exhibition Centre Liverpool and integrated four-star 216 bedroom Pullman hotel. The development will make the venue the only purpose built interconnected arena, convention and exhibition centre in Europe and will more than double the existing 7,125 sq m capacity at ACC Liverpool to 15,225 sq m of flexible event space.
The team will also launch the latest version of its Delegate Card - a pass available to all conference attendees packed with offers and discounts for restaurants, bars and attractions throughout Liverpool city centre.
