Globally recognised brand, Turkish Airlines further strengthens its presence in AfricaTurkish Airlines, which flies to 108 countries, has added its 262nd network destination with the addition of Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria, starting from March 3rd.
With existing services to 37 destinations in Africa, Abuja is Turkish Airlines’ 38th destination in 25 African countries, making it one of the leading carriers to the continent. Beginning March 3rd, return flights from UK to Abuja will operate five times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Within the UK, Turkish Airlines has a presence at five airports – London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh – and has 89 weekly scheduled flights.
Abuja, is Turkish Airlines’ third destination in Nigeria, adding to current flights operating to Lagos and Kano.
