Darwin Airline interline agreement with leading global airline Etihad Airways, introducing connecting services to destinations around the world via Amsterdam, Paris, Geneva and MilanFlights are now available to dozens of destinations around the world from Cambridge International Airport, following an interline agreement with Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Darwin Airline, which launches new scheduled services from Cambridge on 2 September 2013.
Darwin Airline will now be able to offer onward connections from its flights to Amsterdam, Paris, Geneva and Milan, through to Etihad Airways’ hub Abu Dhabi and beyond. Destinations now on sale from Cambridge include Australia, the Indian Ocean, Asia, Africa and the Far East.
Under the cooperation agreement, passengers and their baggage can be checked-in at Cambridge all the way through to their final Etihad Airways ticketed destination, taking advantage of quick transfer times between Darwin Airline and Etihad Airways services at Amsterdam, Paris CDG, Geneva or Milan Malpensa. Passengers can choose from a range of excellent connections at the time of booking and enjoy convenient gate-to-gate transfers, while baggage is transferred between flights behind the scenes.
