Patrick Harbour, Director and Co-Founder of Harbour & Jones commented: “Harbour & Jones was proud to play a part in the first ever live Michelin Star unveiling event at one of the most prestigious venues in London – the IET at Savoy Place. With the nation’s top chefs and food experts in the same room together, the bar was extremely high but our staff exceeded expectations with a mouth-watering and innovative canapé selection and immaculate service.”
Event partners comprised: Bookatable by Michelin, Delifrance, Infiniti, Nespresso, San Pellegrino and Veuve Clicquot.
