Ski Solutions celebrates 30 years with bumper birthday programme

Ski Solutions is celebrating 30 years in the business, with its biggest range of ski options to date, including a host of new hotels, short breaks and more choices of flights for the winter 2016/17 season.

Highlights of Ski Solutions’ winter 2016/17 programme include:
• BRAND-NEW four-night breaks to St. Anton
• DIRECT FLIGHTS to Salt Lake City for the first time giving access to world-class Utah resorts
•G REAT-VALUE flights to Banff – meaning more money to spend on brand new top-notch accommodation
• NEW HOTELS including the only five-star property in Les Arcs

“New for winter 16/17 we have launched a short break programme to world-famous St. Anton. The Wednesday-Sunday short break will prove really popular among people who want to go away for a long weekend.

“New flights with Delta to Salt Lake City mean skiers can fly direct from the UK, while good-value flights with WestJet give skiers in Banff the option to splash out a little more on top-notch accommodation. “Plus, brand new hotels including the only five-star property in Les Arcs ”  

Four-night short breaks to St. Anton:
New for this season are four-night short breaks (Wednesday to Sunday) to St. Anton - famous for its superb après ski and Tyrolean charm.

Ski Solutions offers the Hotel Alpenhof, a good value, family-run hotel full of character with superb views across the valley, a cosy bar and outdoor hot tub.

Prices start at £465 per person for four nights including flights and transfers, departing January 3, 2017.  

Direct flights to Salt Lake City, Utah:
A new Delta flight from London Heathrow has opened up the world-class resort of Park City USA to the UK market, making it the first season UK travellers can fly direct to Salt Lake City.

Just a 40-minute transfer from the airport, The Park City Peaks Hotel is one mile from Main Street and the Park City Mountain area, with an upper-deck sports bar and indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs that are open 24 hours a day. Full buffet breakfast included.

Prices start at £1,180 per person for seven nights, including accommodation and transfers, departing April 8, 2017.  

New flights and accommodation in Banff:
Good-value prices on WestJet flights from London Gatwick to Calgary mean skiers can afford to spend a little more on accommodation in the popular resort of Banff.

Be among the first to stay at the brand-new four-star Moose Hotel and Suites, one minute from the heart of downtown Banff, with spectacular rooftop hot pools and views of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. All guests can relax in the Meadow Spa and Pools with 10 treatment rooms and private outdoor hot pool, indoor swimming pool and exercise room.

Prices start at £935 per person for seven nights, including flights and transfers, departing January 21, 2017.   

New hotels:
Ski Solutions is also featuring new hotel openings, including the first five-star resort to open in Les Arcs – the world’s largest ski area –  a trendy new hotel in Chamonix and a new opening in the Three Valleys.  

Taj-I-Mah, Les Arcs
Brand new for the 2016/17 season, the five-star Taj-I-Mah takes ski-in ski-out accommodation to new levels of luxury, with a choice of superb rooms and suites. Start the day with a delicious breakfast in bed or in the restaurant. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the sauna, steam bath or beautiful indoor pool, before heading downstairs to the lounge bar for a relaxed atmosphere and a pre-supper aperitif. The restaurant L’Atelier d’Eric is a great choice for family meals, but for something outstanding try Le Diamant Noir, the hotel’s gourmet restaurant run by Michelin-starred chef Éric Samson.

Prices start at £1,515 per person for seven nights, half-board, including flights and transfers, departing January 7, 2017.   

RockyPop Hotel, Chamonix
Opening at the beginning of the 16/17 ski season, the RockyPop Hotel is just four minutes from Chamonix at Les Houches. The hotel breaks with tradition, with its funky and playful atmosphere. Facilities include a bar with screens, restaurant serving pizza, burgers and traditional Savoyard meals. Short break options available.

Prices start at £665 per person for seven nights, bed and breakfast, including flights and transfers, departing December 10, 2016.

Fahrenheit Seven, Val Thorens
Fahrenheit Seven a new hotel at the foot of Val Thorens slopes at an altitude of 2,300 metres, in the heart of the Three Valleys ski resort. This fun ski-in ski-out hotel is designed for comfort with a vintage twist. It has two restaurants and a wellness area.

Prices start at £1,280 per person for seven nights, bed and breakfast, including flights and transfers, departing December 10, 2016.
