Pacific World and ACCESS launch the Global Client Experience Program

Pacific World and ACCESS announced today the launch of the Global Client Experience Program. Following the creation of the strategic partnership between ACCESS and Pacific World in 2014, this is the next step in the growth and evolution of the global alliance and further enforces its position as the catalyst for innovation in the DMC industry.

The Global Client Experience Program is designed to deliver a globally integrated relationship between clients and all ACCESS and Pacific World offices, wherever event stakeholders need support/services/resources, whatever their event needs are, and whenever their event takes place.

The unique scale, scope and integration of ACCESS and Pacific World enable the Global Client Experience Program to offer exclusive client benefits:
• A Global Client Account Team spread across the world’s major destinations, to closely focus on and coordinate client requirements independently, both where the client is based and where their events take place.
• A Unique Experiences Program, bringing to the service of clients the combined strength of global creative resources and local operational teams to deliver exceptional and innovative experiences worldwide.
• Global Financial Assurance, to actively deliver to clients the financial security, leverage and benefits of working with a stable and solid partner, across all programs and destinations.
• Global Compliance and Sustainability, including transparency and business ethics standards, customized Health and Safety and worldwide Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
