HRG – first UK Travel Management Company to achieve Service Accreditation from UK Government for the Crown Travel and Venue Services (CTVS) Contract One

HRG is the first UK Travel Management Company to achieve Service Accreditation for the Crown Travel and Venue Services (CTVS) Contract One.  The accreditation means that HRG’s management of information covering all critical travel processing systems, infrastructure and related data plus common or connected systems that underpin the Information Security and IT Security of the business and supporting department in the UK have been approved by the Pan Government Accreditor (CESG) on behalf of the Head of Office of Government Senior Information Responsible Officer (SIRO).

Covering all of the UK Government services provided by HRG, the accreditation took a year to achieve. HRG’s systems, processes and hardware including sites were thoroughly vetted, tested and approved using methodology verified by the CESG and agreed by the Security Working Group chaired by the Crown Commercial Service.
