Clear vision for fast-growth live event production company

One of fastest growing live event production company’s in the UK expands warehouse capacity, opens London site and increases staffing in response to growing demand

Cleartech Live has opened an expanded warehouse facility in Cardiff, strengthened its team and opened a new site in London as it seeks to increase collaboration with capital- and European- based clients and build on its position as one of the fastest growing providers of live event, conference and production technical services in the country.

Cleartech Live, providers of Conference, Video Production, Interactive and Live Event solutions, has worked closely with a number of UK and European clients projects that have resulted in continued growth for the company for the third year in succession.

With an undisclosed significant investment at its newly acquired warehouse facility in Cardiff, the 4,500 sq. ft. facility is treble the size of the company’s previous premises.

This will provide the company with much needed additional storage and office space as well as a newly built in-house editing and graphic design suite, which uses the very latest editing technology.

Ben Voisey, managing director at Cleartech Live said: “We have been looking for some time to find a suitable location that can accommodate our immediate requirements whilst affording us the flexibility to realise our growth plans without the need for further relocation down the line.

“Having our core function based in Cardiff gives us a greater flexibility than what we would have elsewhere. It enables us to be more competitive and crucially gives us access to a highly skilled pool of technical talent which is unrivalled elsewhere in the UK. But we also need to be where many of our customers are too.

“Opening a new site in London is a natural progression for the business. It will not only bring us closer to many of our partners and clients but it also serves as a stronger foothold into the wider European event marketplace.”

The company has plans to increase its headcount further and double its turnover within the next 12-18 months as it continues to capture more business from major UK companies and national associations based in and around the London region.

Dave Hibbert, production director said: “Clients are increasingly making decisions based on how flexible, creative and adaptable their AV partners are. They want to work with a team who genuinely cares about what they want to achieve from their event and has the capacity to manage all the technical requirements of a live event, rather than just one or two elements of it such as sound or projection.

“That’s why we have invested so heavily in expanding our facilities and ensuring that we provide clients with access to the latest technology that will maximise the delegate experience each time, every time. Get these basic factors right and things like location or who can do the work for the best price become redundant.”
