Customers who have pre-booked journeys via the app will have the option to delay their cab for fifteen, thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes, as many times as they please. Snooze can work for return journeys too, so customers needn’t worry about traveling back at a later time.
Whether an important meeting has over-run or a night out with friends is going far better than expected, the Snooze feature will be the ideal solution. The new service offers Addison Lee customers peace of mind when delaying travel plans or booking return trips, and will save users the hassle of cancelling or re-booking another car.
The new feature has been available to all users of the Addison Lee app from Tuesday 1st December.
