Delegates will first discover the four enablers of employee engagement and how to implement them into the workplace.

In the second half of the morning, Co-Founder of Engage for Change, John Smythe will then facilitate what is set to be a lively discussion entitled, ‘Content is the Problem’.

EVCOMference kicks-off on the evening of 1 July with an informal reception. It will then provide two days of keynote talks, participatory workshops and thought-leadership at the ACC Liverpool, on the banks of the Mersey.
