The event saw 120 selected corporates and agencies through the door to sample Food by Dish’s seasonal offering, including a barbeque at the venues outdoor cobbled courtyard.
Enjoying the early summer sunshine, guests enjoyed an array of dishes, including chargrilled double Gloucester burger’s served in brioche rolls, corn on the cob, Merguez sausages, as well as fish courses of salt crusted sea bass served in a banana leaf and Asian marinated tuna steaks. A selection of cooling salads, desserts and cocktails were also available.
