Skipton Building Society is the UK’s fourth largest building society and Redfern will be responsible for all employees’ travel, the majority of which is domestic.
The financial organisation, which has 95 branches, wanted a cost-effective travel management solution which was both user friendly, provided 24/7 proactive support and supported the Society’s travel policies.
“Skipton Building Society wanted to simplify its travel and accommodation booking process and through our tRIPS tool we are able to offer users an end to end booking tool for hotels, rail, flights and even taxis,” explained Redfern Chief Executive Mark Bowers.
“In addition we offer customers real time online itineraries and round the clock emergency support. These aspects were very important to Skipton Building Society, as were our automated reporting tools which are helping the Society make smarter buying decisions, maximise savings and eliminate waste.”
