2015 marked the third year of Ad Week in Europe, a series of engaging events focusing on key topics that shape and influence the industry including seminars, workshops and thought leadership from the best and brightest in the sector.
Moving Venue was appointed to cater a number of events throughout the week starting with Champagne and canapés for 600 at Guildhall for ITV, featuring exclusive performances from former X Factor contestants Fleur East and Rebecca Ferguson. Tuesday then saw Moving Venue cater two events simultaneously at Kensington Palace, with cocktails and canapés for Cosmopolitan in the Orangery and dinner for 150 in the State Apartments for The Marketing Society and Mashable.
The week concluded with a final night three-course dinner at the National Gallery for 150 guests. The menu featured chicken and duck liver parfait with fig carpaccio; lamb rack with goats cheese and pistachio crust and blueberry jus; followed by a chocolate and chilli tower with white chocolate crispies and red sugar crown for dessert.
Gail Heron, sales and marketing director at Moving Venue commented: “Advertising Week Europe has been a very busy but very rewarding time for Moving Venue. It has given us the opportunity to showcase not only the creativity of our menus but our logistical knowledge of the three venues, particularly when catering two events in Kensington Palace in one night. The atmosphere throughout the week has also been fantastic which makes our job all the more enjoyable.”
Moving Venue has been at the forefront of delivering memorable events and 2014 marked 30 years of championing London’s event catering market. The company is listed across the capital’s most prestigious venues and is the choice for many FTSE-100 clients and leading brands.
