With ToMyCar, Europcar customers can book, unlock and drive their hire car using their smartphone. No need to visit the counter and no more keys, ensuring travellers are on the road in four simple steps.
The service is being launched first in the UK from four key locations – London Heathrow, Manchester, Edinburgh airports and the Europcar Mobility Centre at ExCeL London. Customers will be able to return their hire car at any of these key locations.

ToMyCar is the latest service from Europcar, designed to keep our customers on the road with maximum convenience and minimum delay.”
ToMyCar offers customers a guaranteed VW Golf 7, 1.6D, with an all inclusive package including Zero Excess, Sat Nav, Mobile Wi-Fi and roadside assistance. Customers can book their vehicle by visiting europcar.co.uk/tomycar. Once the reservation is made, travellers receive a confirmation email, plus an email with a link to download the ToMyCar app for their mobile device, along with their login and passwords*.
Busy travellers no longer need to visit the counter to pick up or return their Europcar vehicle. The ToMyCar app provides a map, highlighting the pick-up location of the vehicle allowing customers to go straight to their hire car. They are then able to access their vehicle using their downloaded key via their smartphone. Any vehicle damage can be recorded by the customer and reported via the ToMyCar app, before they open the doors and begin their journey.
