The Business of Creativity: ISES UK Talks returned for 2015

Kelly Baker, President of ISES UK
The first ISES Talk of the New Year took place last night, Monday 12th January, at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel with the theme “From Vision to Reality – the Business of Creativity”.
The evening, organised by Partridge Events, offered guests the opportunity to network with like-minded event professionals and experience top entertainment from the industry.

Speaker of the evening, international businessmen and entertainment entrepreneur, Michael Jacobsen, gave advice to the audience on the business of creativity, explaining how professionals can bridge the gap between creative ideas and the world of commerce.

The entertainment for the night, showcasing the latest in creativity and innovation, included the singing trio Tenors Un Limited otherwise known as “the rat pack of Opera”, 3D ScanBot  which creates a 3D photo within seconds, and the mystery guest amongst the audience, magician and illusionist, Deceptionist.

Kelly Baker, President of ISES UK, said; “Last night was an excellent way to launch an exciting new year for ISES UK. This ISES Talk highlighted the necessity of finding a balance between creativity and business for those who work in the event sector; relevant to anyone from organisers to venues and suppliers.

“For 2015, we are launching a series of events that provide top industry advice to professionals. We look forward to seeing many familiar and new faces at the next ISES January event – ISES Power Hour: ‘How to get heard in Meetings’ on 26th January.”
