AVIAREPS becomes Affiliate Member of the UNWTO

AVIAREPS, the global leader in tourism, aviation and hospitality representation with 52 offices in 43 countries around the world, has become an official Affiliate Member of the UN World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO). As part of its Affiliate Membership, AVIAREPS will gain access to a global network of 400 institutional and professional associates in 156 countries, as well as specific information about challenges, market trends and the development of the tourism industry.

Michael Gaebler, Chairman and CEO, AVIAREPS said, “We are honoured to have our Affiliate Membership to the UNWTO ratified, creating a milestone for our organisation as we celebrate our 20th anniversary since establishment. Gaebler added: “As an Affiliate Member of the UNWTO we are keen to make our contribution in achieving the UNWTO’s fundamental goal of maximizing tourism’s socio-economic influence while promoting sustainable and commonly accessible tourism.” 

As part of the collaboration AVIAREPS will be able to benefit from the vast network and opportunities provided by the UNWTO, including possibilities for international collaborations, partnerships, new business opportunities, sharing of best practices, and access to decision makers that will enable AVIAREPS to create added value for clients.

AVIAREPS has established itself within the UK since 2010 with an office located in London, where it conducts an array of representational services including General Sales Agent (GSA) services, marketing and public relations activities for such organisations as Ontario Tourism, New York State Division of Tourism, Hawaii, Chile, Idaho, Condor Airlines, Caribbean Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines among others.
