The three year award is the culmination of an extensive bidding process and will involve a phased approach to service delivery. Phase 1 initially covers 11 NATO entities across five markets, with the option of 13 additional markets joining the framework at a later stage (Phase 2).
Successful delivery of Phase 1 will serve as a stepping stone to secure Phase 2 business. NATO will deploy a range of Technology, including some of HRG’s proprietary products, such as HRG Insight, across its global entities.
