Zibrant invest £1 million in technology infrastructure

Zibrant is investing £1 million in its IT, systems, technology and infrastructure as part of the company’s commitment to delivering market leading solutions to clients.
The move has seen Zibrant partner with leading technology companies to create a cohesive and integrated system to improve internal processes. The new platforms also offer Zibrant’s target audience an improved user experience when planning event: a fully-integrated, end-to-end service delivered through one system.

Commenting on implementation Helen McCabe, director of operations at Zibrant who led the process said. “Such a complete transformation presented many challenges and our strategy was to upgrade our infrastructure replacing our servers, pc’s, laptops and mobile phones and to link with the best in class global technology providers. I am delighted that this month we have gone live, our partners are all specialists in their field, effectively providing market leading benefits to our clients”

Nigel Cooper, director of parent company Motivcom and chairman of Zibrant commented “About 18 months ago we identified that we have over 2,000 years of event experience in Zibrant, but some of our systems, while functional, were in need of a refresh, so we committed £1m to a complete restructure of our operating systems to propel us to the forefront of the industry”

Fay Sharpe, managing director Sales and Marketing added, “In my 25 years in the industry this is one of the most exciting developments I have seen. The new systems provide our clients with exceptional information on digital platforms. This month we have gone live with 2 clients and we plan to have all our clients migrated to the new systems by the end of the year.”
