Iscoyd Park appoints Perception Sales & Marketing

Country house Iscoyd Park has enlisted the PR expertise of luxury hotel and venue specialist Perception Sales & Marketing to promote the estate for exclusive use.
The Georgian property overlooks the borders of North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire and is surrounded by stunning 18th Century parkland and gardens. Home to the Godsal family since the 19th Century, Iscoyd Park has received awards for its accommodation and is now emerging as a premium choice for bespoke corporate events.


Both Perception and Iscoyd Park look forward to an exciting partnership with the aim to expand Iscoyd’s enviable reputation in private events into the corporate and incentive market.

The Garden Room can comfortably accommodate 120 theatre style and can be extended with a Marquee for up to 200 delegates, providing beautiful garden views all-year-round. The Drawing Room can accommodate up to 60 seated theatre style; the room can also be set up boardroom style with one large table seating 20 delegates. The Morning Room is ideal for smaller groups, and can accommodate up to 14 around the table for lunch or dinner meetings, or for use as a break-out room. The Little Drawing Room is the perfect space for a small meeting for up to 10 guests.

The acres of private land also offer great team building opportunities. Iscoyd Park can arrange activities on site, including horse riding, archery, quad bikes and clay pigeon shooting. Corporate groups can also take advantage of one of the few country house cricket pitches still in operation.   

There are 10 stylish double rooms and suites in the main house and cottages within the grounds, which have views of the Park, gardens and the cricket pitch.
