Moving Venue wins contracts at two new locations in the Capital

Moving Venue appointed as preferred supplier to the Museum of London and Museum of London Docklands.

London based event caterer Moving Venue has been appointed as a preferred supplier by the Museum of London and Museum of London Docklands.
The contract wins highlight the caterer’s continuing expansion strategy into the heritage and visitor attraction sector.  The 2 year contracts will see Moving Venue catering for corporate and private events at both museums, who in the past year have hosted events for KPMG, Skanska and London Business School.

Gail Heron, Moving Venue’s sales and marketing manager commented, “Naturally, we are delighted to have been appointed as a preferred catering partner to these fantastic museums. We are proud of the strong presence we have maintained over the years amongst London’s unique venues. The addition of Museum of London and Museum of London Docklands complements this impressive portfolio and presents superb opportunities for a wide variety of events to offer our clients and partners.”

Ana Dimeska, Museum of London’s catering services manager said, “We are pleased to welcome Moving Venue as an approved supplier. They have a specialist understanding of event catering at museums and share our vision of creating exceptional events. We are looking forward to working with Moving Venue and enhancing the impact of events hosted at our venues.”

The Museum of London can host events for up to 230 guests in a seated auditorium or 1000 guests for a reception in the Sackler Hall and provides a modern backdrop to the capital’s history.  Situated in the downtown financial district, the Museum of London Docklands offers six event spaces in a 19th century former warehouse.
