Event organisers gain easy access to Salesforce data with new Eventsforce CRM Plug-In to launch at Confex

Eventsforce, the UK’s leading event management software provider, today announces plans to release a plug-in to integrate their Eventsforce event management system with Salesforce in a move to simplify access to CRM data and automate synchronisation of data from events with Salesforce.

The new Eventsforce CRM Plug-In, which is set to be launched in March at International Confex 2014, has been created to provide a solid and easy-to-use integration between the Eventsforce software and Salesforce to allow a rapid and seamless flow of data between the two. The new feature brings a number of benefits for event organisers:
• Creation of invitation lists in Eventsforce using data imported directly from Salesforce, no need to download spread sheets
• Automatic creation of new leads in Salesforce from event registrations, avoiding the need to manually upload new contacts
• Tracking and reporting of events directly within Salesforce, keeping the sales team fully updated on progress in real time and avoiding the need to field calls and queries.  

The Eventsforce CRM Plug-In will also help avoid duplications, enhancing the accuracy of data collected by sales and marketing teams and creating a single view of all client activity in one place. The system has been designed to require no costly procedures or operations to get it up and running.
