Allianz Global Assistance featured in the 'Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For' list

Allianz Global Assistance makes the 2014 list of UK employees recognised by the ‘Sunday Times list of 100 Best Companies to Work For’, in 80th position. The leader of automotive, travel, health and home assistance and insurance services was also ranked 8th in the ‘Giving Something Back to the Community’ category, for the second year running.  This accolade acknowledges its commitment to supporting its Local Authority as well as charities, businesses, schools and colleges within its neighbourhood.

Allianz Global Assistance helps people in their time of need, 24/7, wherever they are in the world. Operating customer support and assistance services for many of the UK’s household brands, Allianz Global Assistance is dedicated to adding value to its clients’ own customer proposition.

The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list looks at key aspects for staff, such as leadership, wellbeing, personal growth, pay and benefits, and feelings about the company. All the scores and ratings that are assessed to compile the lists, are based on employee opinions. In 2014, 897 businesses and organisations registered to take part, with only the leading 325 recognised in four lists.

Serge Corel, Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Global Assistance in the UK and Ireland, says, “Once again, Allianz Global Assistance is distinguished as one of the best companies to work with, reflecting the commitment and dedication of all our staff. We continue to grow our business and find innovative new ways to help our customers around the world, as well as creating an engaging and rewarding place to work, for our staff.

“It’s particularly gratifying to see that our work in the community is recognised, which is an important part of Allianz Global Assistance and how we place human values at the heart of the business. We would like to thank our staff, once again, for all their enthusiasm, focus and ongoing commitment to Allianz Global Assistance and our customers.”
