Europcar enhances its Privilege loyalty programme

Europcar, the leading car hire company in Europe, has today announced the new features of its Privilege loyalty programme with the addition of several new benefits aimed at rewarding the loyalty of both individual leisure customers and frequent business travellers. With this new programme, Europcar is demonstrating its aims to deliver quality service and tailor-made solutions to its customers.

The new Privilege programme gives access to free weekend rewards as of the 3rd leisure hire, discount coupon vouchers as of the 2nd leisure hire and a whole new range of additional benefits including car group upgrades and access to Europcar’s fast-track ReadyService®.

Europcar’s Privilege also introduces a new top tier level to reward the most loyal customers.  The black card Privilege Elite VIP tier gives access to Priority Pass airport lounges worldwide and many other exclusive benefits.

These new features and benefits will be complemented by on-going communications to keep members up to date on their status in the programme and inform them about special Europcar offers for their particular mobility needs, as well as dedicated Europcar partner offers Customers can register directly online on the dedicated Privilege websites, europcar.co.uk/privilege but also directly at Europcar corporate country’s stations.
