So far this year, the leadership events agency has averaged three events per week and welcomed a spate of new clients from sectors including beauty, premium luxury and pharmaceutical.
The boost in demand means that Top Banana has increased its annual turnover projection (year ending March 2014) from £5.8m to £6.6m, with a 40% increase in year-on-year client spend also predicted.
The news comes as longstanding client Tuffnells Parcels Express appointed the agency for its 100 year anniversary event, which is set to take place at Heart of England Conference & Events Centre, Warwickshire, next month.
The event is set to attract around 160 delegates, with the worldwide parcel delivery company seeking to engage its senior leadership team about its growth plans and further focus on customer service.
Top Banana's managing director Nick Terry said: “We’ve had a number of great wins already this year, with some ambitious events to look forward to. Confidentiality precludes us from sharing a lot of our news, particular projects which are stock market sensitive, but these events are of significant strategic importance to the companies, which is great for us.” Terry added that Top Banana’s recent London office opening, which began last month, is well under way with 50% of the office team now in place.
