Siren Communications has been briefed to raise the GTMC’s profile and establish the organisation as the voice of the business traveller, showcasing how much value its membership’s business contributes to the UK economy.

GTMC chief executive Paul Wait, commented: “It’s great to be working with Siren Communications on our forthcoming PR activity. With APD, HS2, and the Davies Commission all high on the news agenda we’re thrilled to have such a dedicated and hungry partner. I am confident that they’ll do everything they can to ensure the GTMC’s voice is heard on these hot button issues.”

Following his appointment in 2012, Wait has been spearheading activity to raise the profile of the GTMC, including amongst government and legislature decision makers. Siren Communications will work in partnership with the Public Affairs team at Cavendish Communications.

Sarah Rathbone, Siren Communications deputy managing director added: “We’re extremely excited about working with the GTMC. It’s a great win for Siren Communications and great to be part of such an entrepreneurial team with a strong vision for growth. Our work will ensure the GTMC stands out not only in the travel industry but in the wider news agenda so the organisation becomes regarded as THE VOICE of the business traveller."
