Keith Prowse appointed Official Hospitality Supplier for the Aegon Championships

Aegon Championships
Keith Prowse has been granted the official hospitality contract for the Aegon Championships, which takes place 9 – 15 June 2014 at The Queen’s Club in London. Keith Prowse was awarded the contract by the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) for its bold vision to totally reinvent the product offering and experience for hospitality customers at the event.

The UK’s leading hospitality supplier will provide new-look packages with a range of diverse price points making the event even more accessible for an array of businesses. These are categorised into three distinct styles of formal, informal and hybrid options which allows optimum use of new entertainment spaces.

Keith Prowse has recently defined and created the concept of ‘hybrid hospitality’, which is a fusion of formal and informal dining experiences that will be showcased at the Aegon Championships.

The Roof Garden package introduces the ‘hybrid hospitality’ option, with elements of self-service throughout the day enabling hosts to tailor their own schedule for guests as they wish.

The ‘informal’ Love Fifteen package has been designed in association with Jamie Oliver’s charity Fifteen and a donation will be made with each package sold. The menu is based around tapas-style tasting plates, including beef and barley bun with horseradish cream; grilled razor clams, cucumber, fennel and herb vinaigrette; and girolles, coco beans and Berkswell cheese.

‘Formal’ packages are available in The Real Tennis Museum & Dedans , The Club Lounge and The President’s Room. All corporate hospitality packages, including the hybrid option, offer official bona fide tennis tickets, premium dining options and host service throughout the day. Corporate hospitality packages start from £299 per person.

Neil MacLaurin, Managing Director of Keith Prowse, said: “We have been working closely with the LTA for more than 25 years as trusted hospitality advisers and we are thrilled to be awarded this contract. We are excited to offer a selection of formal and informal packages, as well as our brand new hybrid concept, to satisfy the changing tastes in corporate entertaining.”
