ATP Instone announces details of second annual speaker series at key shipping trade conference

Leading maritime travel management company ATP Instone has announced the line-up for their second annual speaker series, set to coincide with the Asia-Pacific Manning and Training Conference in Manila, the Philippines. Designed to provide delegates with different perspectives on current industry topics relevant to the movement of seafaring crews around the world, the lunch time speaker series will again be held within the conference venue at the popular informal lounge, the ATP Instone Arms.

During the shipping industry's largest manpower recruitment, retention and training conference, the ATP Instone Arms will host a number of distinguished speakers within the marine travel industry. John V. Fazio from the US Embassy in Manila will give a talk entitled, “US Border Policies – the latest on passport and visa requirements for ship crews” and ATPI’s Global Head of Energy & Shipping Sales, Pieter Rieder will give a talk entitled, “Crew Travel Insights – how to decrease your costs and make crew rotations more efficient.”

"We are thrilled to be back for our second year as hosts to one of the conference’s most insightful peer-to-peer sharing and networking sessions and with such an impressive line-up of speakers on the ATP Instone Arms stage," Mariecar Han, managing director of ATP Instone, Manila, commented.

“The Asia-Pacific Manning and Training Conference provides the appropriate setting for a discussion on the complexities of travel within the shipping sector and we’re confident that delegates will take away information that can instantly be applied to improve business.”

The announcement of the details on ATP Instone’s second annual speaker series follows the recent news that the Philippine operation has moved to a larger office in the central business district of Makati City, Manila to accommodate its recent growth following a series of new business wins.
