Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), the award-winning international corporate services company, has announced the opening of a new HRG Logistics centre of expertise in Bogota offering specialist services for the region.
HRG Logistics is dedicated to serving companies operating in the marine, offshore and energy and workforce travel sectors. The service offers specialist expertise, global capability and outstanding value to clients operating in some of the most challenging and remote locations around the world.

The nature of these businesses means that travellers often have complex and dynamic travel requirements.  Bogota will provide a local and immediate response to these requirements in an area of high pressure where immediate solutions are often needed.

Susan Lancaster, International Development Director at HRG comments: “We are obviously delighted to see a new centre of expertise open in Bogota.  HRG Logistics provide a world-class service built on deep knowledge of challenging business sectors. With dedicated teams we can directly improve providers’ agreements, from airlines to hotels and more, and using specific local knowledge, negotiations with hotels from remote locations can be more easily made.”

Through a local centre dedicated teams can keep in constant contact with the client in order to be aligned with their needs and to ensure travel policy compliance.  More direct benefits include provision of on-line information, control of hotel invoices in order to facilitate reconciliation and a detailed report structure allowing for critical decision making.

The new centre in Bogota is part of a substantial network of dedicated experience and knowledge at key locations around the world.  This means that HRG is able to deliver a vital ‘always on’ international service, and provide best fares and rates, on-line information along with vital traveller support and tracking capabilities 24 hours a day.
