Keith Prowse encourage early bookings with Andy Murray & Albert Roux incentive

Keith Prowse, the UK’s leading hospitality provider, is offering bookers the chance to win a two night break with breakfast and dinner at Dunblane hotel; Cromlix and Chez Roux, when they book a Wimbledon hospitality package ahead of 2014.

Renowned for its unrivalled provision of hospitality at The Championships, Wimbledon, Keith Prowse have partnered with Albert Roux and Cromlix and Chez Roux to offer an exclusive experience as an added extra, for a lucky couple. Tennis hero Andy Murray has recently acquired the hotel in a venture to help build jobs and generate custom in his hometown, Dunblane. Supporting him, the legendary Albert Roux OBE, KFO will head up the restaurant.

The one off prize for two people includes a two night stay and a dinner in Chef Albert’s restaurant; Chez Roux, when bone fide corporate hospitality packages are booked. The prize also includes travel to and from Dunblane from London.

Set to open on the 1st April 2014 ahead of Wimbledon, the beautiful house is situated in 34 acres of secluded woodlands, with a flourishing trout loch and tennis court. The hotel will be managed on behalf of Andy by Inverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI) and the Chez Roux restaurant will use locally sourced produce, with the Godfather of cooking overseeing the operation. The new restaurant is set to serve the famous soufflé suissesse, the most famed dish at the first restaurant to get a Michelin star in the UK, Le Gavroche.

In 2013 tickets were reportedly being sold for £70,000 for the Wimbledon finals, without added value of hospitality, so to combat this we are hoping to encourage corporates to book early, to avoid outrageous costs.”
