BDRC Continental unveils identity of 33 venues achieving VenueVerdict’s Gold Standard accreditation at the end of the third quarter of 2013

The Gold Standard Accreditation is given to properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from forty or more Business Event Host responses in the twelve month period October 2012 to September 2013.

VenueVerdict helps venues assess the quality of their meetings and events service. This completely independent, impartial service helps venues identify where they should target improvements in their customers’ experience by placing their results in the context of competitive benchmarks nationally and regionally.

BDRC Continental obtained feedback from 22,200 Business Event Hosts across an average of about 360 UK meeting venues to analyse the customer experience provided. The following 33 venues (in alphabetical order) have achieved or retained the coveted VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation:

The next accreditation period concludes at the end of the year, and coincides with the annual VenueVerdict awards, determined entirely by customer feedback and given to the top performing properties and groups in the country.
