First Luggage extends 10% commission programme with new service

First Luggage, the world’s leading international door to door luggage collection and delivery service, will now also be offering commission to agents who sell its economical service; Luggage Delivery Company.

Since the white glove service’s inception 9 years ago, First Luggage has offered agents a 10% commission. Now agents who arrange for clients to use Luggage Delivery Company, the new economical option for those travelling only in Europe, will also be able to benefit from the generous commission programme. By encouraging clients to book the service in addition to booking flights and accommodation, agents can earn up to £5.90 a time for delivery of a 25kg suitcase to Italy.

The extension of commission to this new service marks the latest chapter in First Luggage’s investment in trade relationships. With business volumes from global trade partners increasing year on year by some 25%, First Luggage are committed to working closely with those within the travel industry to grow business still further.

Gideon Kasfiner is the Chief Executive Office of both First Luggage and Luggage Delivery Company, and the entrepreneur behind the luggage collection concept. He said, “The concept of First Luggage is very much in line with the direction the travel industry is taking; indeed airlines themselves are recognising the benefits of luggage travelling separately from passengers. 2013 has seen ‘checked luggage’ fees soar across the board and we want to make sure that agents can also benefit from the accompanying clamour for superior luggage delivery’.

First Luggage provides a solution to rising baggage costs by allowing luggage to be picked up from home to meet customers anywhere in the world. And, the new Luggage Delivery Company service offers those travelling within Europe an even more affordable and practical way to save money whilst travelling like a VIP.

First Luggage has seen volumes up some 50% on last year, even before factoring in the new brand of Luggage Delivery Company which was launched earlier this year.
